Absences and Make-up Classes

At ZOIE AVENUE, we have a small student-teacher ratio to ensure maximum interaction between your child and the teacher, as well as to ensure quality instruction in a congenial and relaxed classroom environment.

• Unlimited make-up classes can be arranged for each 4 class or more session and time of make-up is dependent upon space availability
• Scheduled make-up classes cannot be rescheduled once confirmed
• Missed classes must be made-up within 10 days
• The 12-class-session regular classes or make-up classes must be completed within 13 weeks from the date of commencement
• No make-up class can be arrange without any prior notice for any reason
• If you are unable to attend, please let the staff know in advance or you will lose your chance to reschedule
